Liberty Mutual Invitational National Finals
The winning team of the tournament, upon verification of their USGA Handicap Indices, will be invited to participate in the Liberty Mutual Invitational National Finals will be held at Pinehurst Resort on March 10-14, 2011
Tournament Format
This year's National Finals will be a 72-hole cumulative scramble tournament. The winning team will play at three Tour quality courses:
- Pinehurst #2, a Donald Ross masterpiece, was the site of the 1936 PGA Championship, 1951 Ryder Cup, 1999 and 2005 U.S. Open Championships and is the future site of both the 2014 U.S. Open and 2014 U.S. Women’s Open.
- Pinehurst #4, also originally designed by Donald Ross, redesigned by Tom Fazio in 2000, Pinehurst #4 was the site of the 2008 United States Amateur Championship.
- Pinehurst #8, opened in 1996, Pinehurst #8 has twice been the site of the PGA Club Pro Championship.
The team with the lowest total score for the four rounds will be the Liberty Mutual Invitational National Champions. This is a national championship event played on championship caliber courses. The golf courses will be set-up accordingly and play will primarily be from the championship (blue) tees.

Registration
- Upon final verification of Handicap Indexes, winning teams will be mailed a complete Liberty Mutual Invitational National Finals Information/Registration packet.
- This packet will include tournament registration details, as well as Pinehurst Resort reservation information.
- All golfers competing in the National Finals will be required to pay a registration fee of approximately $1,200 per person.
- This registration fee provides each golfer with four tournament rounds of golf with forecaddies, full breakfast each day, two gala tournament receptions, on-course beverages, entry into the Team Skills Challenge, a Champions Awards Reception, and a Tournament Gift Package. The total value of these items is to be determined.
- The Liberty Mutual Invitational sponsors and the participating charities pass these great savings along to our local tournament winners as an expression of gratitude for your generous support of your local tournament, and as congratulations on your fine play.

Accommodations
The award winning Pinehurst Resort – ranked as one of the country’s best golf resorts by Golf Digest, Golf Magazine and Travel + Leisure Golf, among others - will serve as host of the Liberty Mutual Invitational National Finals.
Each golfer at the National Finals is required to stay at Pinehurst Resort the night prior to each round of play (including optional practice rounds).
Reduced group rates have been secured for Liberty Mutual Invitational National Finalists:
- At the Manor Inn: $199 per person/night (plus tax and service charge), single occupancy or $130 per person/night (plus tax and service charge), double occupancy.
- At the Holly Inn: $227 per person/night (plus tax and service charge), single occupancy or $145 per person/night (plus tax and service charge), double occupancy.
- At the Carolina Hotel or Villas: $259 per person/night (plus tax and service charge), single occupancy or $159 per person/night (plus tax and service charge), double occupancy.
Substitutions
If a member of a winning team is unable to participate in the National Finals, a replacement may be made provided that the handicap index regulations are not violated by the substitution.
